The Penn State Food Safety Web Site
is designed to deliver current food safety information and resources to extension educators, the food industry, and consumers. Utilization of the latest database technologies has allowed us to create a user-friendly environment for quick retrieval of information on the latest food safety issues as well as activities and resources available at Penn State University.

It is our hope that this site serves to build bridges that connect the Department of Food Science with the Cooperative Extension system and the Food Safety Community worldwide.
