The Pennsylvania Food Safety Alliance
Funded through a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, the Pennsylvania Food Safety Alliance consists of members from industry, government, and academia, representing the production, processing, foodservice/retail, and consumer sectors of the food system.

Food Safety Certification Training
These courses meets the requirements for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture's Food Employee Certification Program and are offered throughout the Commonwealth.

Food Safety for Mushroom Growers and Packers
