Pop-up WindowsPop-up browser windows are used in all our database links and many other links in this site. The window you are now viewing should be a pop-up window. The window you started in (if you haven't closed it) should be behind this window.
The main thing to remember about pop-up windows is that sometimes the pop-up window will be behind the main window. Then if you click on a link that opens a pop-up window and nothing happens, the new page probably opened in the window that is hidden. To save confusion, it is usually better to close a pop-up window after you have viewed the page rather than letting the pop-up window go behind the main window. Minimizing minimizing a pop-up window when you are finished with it usually isn't a good idea because that's where your next pop-up window will open
