Food Employee Certification |
If your cider/juice operation is registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture you must meet the food safety training requirements specified under the Pennsylvania Food Employee Certification Act. The training you received at any of the Penn State Juice HACCP workshops is sufficient to meet the requirements of the Food Employee Certification Act. But you must register with PDA and pay a $20.00 fee to obtain a FECA certificate. Just fill out the application form and send it along with a copy of the certificate you received at the end of the workshop to the address below. You should also enclose a check for $20.00.
