The “Food Safety and Sanitation for Pennsylvania Fruit Packers workshop” was held on July 10, 2002 at Penn State Fruit Research and Extension Center in Biglerville, PA. The workshop was attended by over 30 individuals from Pennsylvania and beyond including fruit growers and packers, extension educators, and representative from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and the United States Department of Agriculture Agricultural Marketing Service.
