- Agitate milk for 10 minutes

- Collect 2 ounces of milk from the top of the bulk tank using a clean sanitized dipper

- Note temp on the bulk tank

- Label the sample

- Transport sample on ice

- Sampling frequency
- High frequency: 4 samples (1 sample/ week )
- Low frequency: 2 samples (1 sample/ 15 days)
