Coliform Count (CC)
- CC is a test that estimates the number of bacteria that originate from manure or contaminated environment

- Coliforms counts reflect hygiene and sanitation practices followed on the farm

- Milk samples are plated on MacConkey’s agar and incubated for 48 hours at 32oC (90oF), after which typical coliform colonies are counted
